Your tasks
- Support of our internal IT infrastructure and the central IT components based on Microsoft Windows (network, server, clients, backup, firewall, Office, e-mail, teams, etc.) with our IT administrator
- Monitoring our IT security (firewall, spam filter, etc.) to ensure security at all times
- Ensuring that our hardware and software is always up-to-date and fail-safe
- Installation of new operating systems and software versions on servers and client PCs
- Supporting our employees with problems with e-mail and other communication services as well as training in the use of hardware, software and operating systems
- Integration of new hardware and software into our existing IT landscape
Your profile
- Successfully completed training or studies with a technical focus (IT)
- Experience in the areas of Microsoft Windows server systems and network technology
- Analytical thinking and a solution-orientated way of working
- High degree of discretion, integrity and loyalty
- Ability to work in a team and a high degree of personal responsibility and accuracy
- Very good German and good English skills
