SuperBioMarkt AG is an organic supermarket chain with headquarters in Münster and 24 branches in North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony. BioSuperMarkt decided on the software platform PRESTIGEenterprise after extensive restructuring with the aim of digitizing their internal processes.
“By digitizing our processes, we were able to eliminate and automate many processes,” explains Jörg Lambertin, responsible for innovation and digitization at SuperBioMarkt. Over 100 screens and tons of price tags and posters have to be supplied with content at SuperBioMarkt. Here, PRESTIGEenterprise was able to make work much easier for the employees.
“Now we have fewer processes that are faster and less labor-intensive due to automation. We can react much more quickly to changes in the product data and therefore also communicate reliably to customers, ”says Lambertin.
