Weinheim, 26 February 2019 +++<\/strong> Under the motto \"Moments of Truth - Score points at the right moment\", Online Software presented a wide range of solutions for multimedia marketing at the POS at this year's EuroCIS. Together with solution partners Allgeier Enterprise Services, AOPEN, Grossenbacher Systeme, Nordland systems, OKI Europe and Samsung Electronics, many new solutions and ideas for a perfect customer approach based on the market-leading PRESTIGEenterprise software were presented at the PRESTIGE Solution Campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There was particularly strong demand for solutions based on a combination of voice recognition and artificial intelligence that significantly improve customer service and reduce the workload of sales staff. The topic of live streaming at the POS was increasingly discussed, particularly for the food retail sector with regard to regionality and animal welfare. However, the optimisation of advertising planning at the POS, based on real-time advertising success monitoring systems, was also an important topic for many trade visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
