In collaboration with Online Software AG and based on the PRESTIGEenterprise advertising system, this is the first time in Germany that \"Alexa\" has been integrated into a retailer's customer communication. Customers of the Aachen-based retailer can use Amazon's \"Alexa\" voice service to have the latest offers, weekly highlights or opening hours read out to them, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"It's important to us to keep up with the times, to always give our customers a little more service than they expect and to inspire them in our favour. We already offer our customers an app that is very well received, so the move to Amazon \"Alexa\" was almost a matter of course when Online Software offered this connection,\" reports Maximilian S\u00fctterlin, who runs the company together with his father Herbert S\u00fctterlin and his brother Benedikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All the information that HIT S\u00fctterlin offers its customers via Alexa is provided very simply via the PRESTIGEenterprise communication platform.
