ISE 2013: Online Software presents Digital Signage Advertising on the Shelf

Weinheim, 3rd December 2012 +++ Online Software AG will be presenting its current portfolio in Hall 10 (Stand S118) at the 10th Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), the largest trade fair for digital media in Europe, from the 29th to the 31st of January 2013. Release PRESTIGEenterprise 3.3

Weinheim, 4 July 2012 +++ PRESTIGEenterprise is now available in the 3.3 version. For the further development of the software package, Online Software AG, the technology leader in the area of professional branch advertising, primarily focused on the key market trends, as well as requests and suggestions made by customers. Also noteworthy are the new performance parameters with regard to stability, speed and user-experience. They offer real added value for all modern work processes when it comes to advertising and communicating prices. In the case of PRESTIGEenterprise 3.3, Online Software AG paid particular attention to the module for posters featuring multiple items. With this functional additional module, multi item offers can be combined and updated in one poster with just a few clicks. Posters featuring multiple items are primarily used in DIY stores and furniture shops. But the module for posters featuring multiple items also serves to make work easier in the case of restaurants with menus of the day, household goods departments selling porcelain fittings or tourism-related products and services. The items for the multiple-item poster module can be recorded and selected either via the workstation PC or in conjunction with the MobileBrowser module on a mobile basis, via an MDE device or smartphone. The item data inserted is obtained from the ERP or any database. If the centrally stored master data, such as the description or the price of an item, changes, all the data on the created poster are updated immediately. Despite a laborious poster design process, changes are applied quickly and easily. The created posters are thus rendered accurate without the need to spend extra time working on them and they are always up-to-date. The other new features of the current release include updates to the MobileBrowser module, with which one can use PRESTIGEenterprise 3.3 on a mobile basis. These were implemented in response to the increasing mobile control requirements when it comes to communicating prices and advertising. In addition, the printing interface was considerably revised and optimised for simultaneous processing of a multitude of printers. The introduction of a modern data grid with a simple data structure guarantees an extremely easy-to-operate user interface, which also processes data much faster. The improved mediabase, which can now access images, videos and web content noticeably faster, also benefits from the new data grid. Considerable changes with regard to the distribution and allocation of playlists were made in the playlist distribution management. These changes primarily simplify working with schedules and many different playlists. With the universal interfaces to CMS, PIM and other media asset systems, PRESTIGEenterprise is once again proving its expertise in process optimisation. Images, videos, HTML pages with complete file trees, texts and even playlists can thus be conveniently and automatically transferred to PRESTIGEenterprise. Weinheim, 23rd August 2011 – Gries Deco Company is implementing the software PRESTIGEenterprise by Online Software AG in 138 Depot branches. Thus, a convenient and versatile digital signage solution is now available which allows staff in the central graphics department to generate and manage contents for screen advertising themselves. PRESTIGEenterprise is a standard retail software distinguished above all by its user friendliness, speed and flexibility as well as by its SAP interface. The IT service provider implementing the software is Nexgen. For Depot, flat screens at checkouts are part of the store’s modern image.
