Both individual, expertly placed large format screens as well as a spectacular video wall enliven the modern store ambience in the 3,000 square meter fashion department of the Hagemeyer fashion house in Minden. The nine screens making up the video wall are like a dissected image, arranged with an offset – both in portrait as well as in landscape format. Each screen in the « Shape Wall » can be controlled individually. Captivating images and fashion videos provide digital emotional branding, but in-house topics and advertising messages also play a role in the digital communication.
The screens create a shopping experience with the character of an event and with it improve the identification and connection for young target audiences to the Hagemeyer fashion house. In addition to product manufacturer advertising videos, social media content is also displayed. The Instagram channels of relevant influencers for target audiences are displayed live on the screens. As well the content of in-house Instagram feeds – including branded selfies from the photo box, where young shoppers have the ability to have photos of themselves made wearing desired outfits.
The redesign of the service checkout, on whose backside three large format displays entertain awaiting customers and keep them informed about current topics such as gift cards and the new Personal Shopping Service, was a part of the renovation work. Since then there has been an increase in customer card requests.
