ISE 2018: PRESTIGEenterprise allows shelves to speak
Online Software AG presents an Amazon Echo solution and other innovative digital signage solutions for retailers based on the PRESTIGEenterprise software platform at ISE Integrated Systems Europe 2018.
Weinheim, 8 January 2018 +++ Online Software demonstrates the newest developments of the PRESTIGEenterprise digital signage software for the POS at the world’s largest expo for professional AV solutions, Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), in Amsterdam from February 6th – 9th, 2018.
Among other technologies, Online Software will present a solution with Amazon’s Alexa speech assistant. Based on the PRESTIGEenterprise software platform and the PRESTIGE Bot KIM, Alexa answers questions independently. With the special Skill-Version KIM Travel, end customers can ask Alexa about current travel offers and to display relevant information and offers directly on screen. With KIM Shopping version, a customer can ask Alexa about a product and PRESTIGEenterprise then plays a relevant offer on screen and displays the direction to the product.
But a customer may also be offered while at home with one of the PRESTIGEenterprise based Skill Services. In this manner offers, information and notices of pending events from retailing companies, for example, can be retrieved with help of the speech system. Data administration of this information is managed via the PRESTIGEenterprise mobile portal.
Further focus is on the professional template management of PRESTIGEenterprise, which simplifies and automates daily tasks with many helpful tools – for professional, digital customer addressing at the POS, and more time on the store floor space.
