Online Software introduces an AI assistant in PRESTIGEenterprise in 2024. Artificial intelligence has been on everyone's lips since ChatGPT. Now Online Software wants to make AI available on its platform for advertising communication at the POS. A first beta version can be tested at EuroCIS 2024.
With the PRESTIGE AI Copilot, users of PRESTIGEenterprise now receive support in compiling content. Based on algorithms from AI and using various data models, the PRESTIGE AI Copilot suggests thematically and content-optimised playlists that are adapted to individual, local influences.

Dynamic Retail Media opens up an additional source of revenue for retailers at the stationary point of sale. Dynamic Retail Media enables retailers to target content to customers in the store and draw direct conclusions about the performance of a retail media campaign using checkout data and tracking tools.
With the Retail Media Server module from PRESTIGEenterprise, retailers retain control over the content displayed at all times. They decide for themselves which of their existing displays should be used with their own and third-party content and in what proportion. In this way, the retailer keeps both under control: additional advertising revenue and sales profit through product sales.

Once the hardware for the electronic price tags is in place, the biggest challenge is to control the price labelling. The content of the information on the labels must be managed and integrated into the existing IT landscape. The use of a manufacturer-independent software system is an advantage here. PRESTIGEenterprise has interfaces to all common ESL management systems.
