Online is the market leader in the field of professional store advertising with the PRESTIGEenterprise system with more than 35,000 installations in 35 countries in 16 language versions.
The PRESTIGEenterprise software supports retailers in the cross-media sales promotion of products and combines traditional media such as posters and shelf labels with the latest digital POS technologies such as digital signage and mobile smartphone systems.

Jürgen Berens von Rautenfeld
Chairman of the Management Board
Jürgen Berens von Rautenfeld began his career at Nixdorf Computer AG. He has managed the online software since 1991 and very quickly managed to achieve the market-leading position for POS marketing solutions in international retail with the PRESTIGE software. Since then, he has continuously expanded the software - always with an eye on the latest technologies and current challenges for retailers. With great commitment and passion, he is professionally involved in associations such as the EHI European Retail Institute, the MMM - Club for Modern Market Methods or the MLF - Mittelständische Lebensmittel Filialbetriebe, in order to actively help shape the future of retail. Jürgen Berens von Rautenfeld is also involved in various voluntary positions and working groups, including the German Shopfitting Association, and supports teaching and research assignments at the University of Kassel and the Foodakademie Neuwied. He is married and has one son.
Volker Wissmann
Management Board
Volker Wissmann has been at the helm of Online Software since 1995 and also took over the management of the subsidiary BrandLogistics.NET GmbH as managing partner in 2002. The graduate in business administration (BA) previously worked for Nixdorf Computer AG in Paderborn and debis Systemhaus in Stuttgart. In 2000, he led d+s online AG in Hamburg to its IPO as IT director. He is married and has three children. Volker Wissmann is involved in many regional social projects and also supports international aid projects as part of his Rotary membership. He is a sought-after speaker and lecturer at the DHBW Heilbronn and the FH Worms.
