Online Software presents voice-based solutions for omnichannel retailing
Voice assistants such as Alexa and Siri are also becoming increasingly popular in Germany. This is why Online Software is presenting at the EHI Omnichannel Days on 14-15 May 2019 in Cologne Among other things, the company's solutions for voice-based customer solutions on the PRESTIGEenterprise software platform, the leading software for printed and digital media for customer communication at the POS.
On the Club Stage in the presentation by Marc Schaffnit, Online Software AG, on the second day of the congress at 11:55 a.m., participants will learn about the exciting possibilities that apps and skills already offer for omnichannel retailing, the opportunities that voice commerce opens up for brick-and-mortar retail and the technical developments that will open up new ways for retailers to address customers in the near future.
