The Alexa Skill, the application behind this solution, was developed by Online Software AG, which also provided the app for the event. Both the mobile app for iOS and Android and the skill for the Alexa voice assistant are managed and populated with content via the mobile portal of the PRESTIGEenterprise software platform. These can be changed and updated quickly and easily on the portal at any time.
Now that Alexa has found its way into the living rooms of German consumers, the demand for voice-based solutions that can also be used in public spaces, at conferences and at the POS has increased massively. A trend that will continue to gain momentum in the future.
