During an audit, we analyse the customer's PRESTIGEenterprise environment and identify potential for optimisation. With the aim of improving your PRESTIGEenterprise environment in terms of administration, performance, reliability and availability, we analyse, for example, whether all import interfaces have been converted to XML or whether there are weaknesses in the XML transformation. Your template structure is analysed and the clients - e.g. their DisplayEngine versions - are checked.

Our customers' PRESTIGEenterprise environments are becoming ever larger and more complex. This increases the scope of projects for system customisations, migrations or updates. Especially as PRESTIGEenterprise is highly relevant to the company. With the PRESTIGE Staging Service, we create a test environment of the customer's production environment that is as true to the original as possible. The resulting high quality of the tests minimises the risk of system adaptations, extensions and updates. System failures can thus be avoided and costs reduced.

The templates for print products and digital media are created using the PRESTIGE software. This desktop software is included in the purchase price of PRESTIGEenterprise. Adobe Edge software is used for animated posters. Changes to the template can be made directly in the web application using the PRESTIGEenterprise Designer. The positions and sizes for texts, graphics and images are defined on the template. You have the option of creating the templates yourself, or alternatively we can do this for you.

The DisplayEngine is the part of the software that plays the content on your screen in the store. PRESTIGEenterprise sends the content to the appropriate DisplayEngines. Several DisplayEngines can be installed within a system and the user assigns the intended content to them in PRESTIGEenterprise. A licence must be purchased for each DisplayEngine.

You use the PrintEngine to print your posters created in PRESTIGEenterprise. Each PrintEngine is assigned a printer to which you distribute your content. Several PrintEngines can be created within an installation. A licence must be purchased for each PrintEngine.

Several users with different user roles can be created in PRESTIGEenterprise. For example, a standard branch user has different rights than a designer. A licence must be purchased for each user.

With PRESTIGEenterprise, you can control various printing systems, from label printers to large format printers, as well as digital end devices. In addition to Windows-compatible screens, such as single screens, video walls, kiosk systems, cash registers and scales from Bizerba and Mettler Toledo, this also includes electronic shelf labels (ESL) and all digital displays with an HTML5 interface. There are also mobile devices such as MDEs, smartphones and tablets as well as voice systems such as Amazon Alexa. With PRESTIGEenterprise, you have the option of publishing your own store app and your own skill and maintaining the content yourself.

Graphic formats: JPEG, PNG, WMF, EMF, BMP, TIFF Video formats: WMV 1/2/3; the installation of codecs is required for MPEG 2/4 and other video formats. DisplayEngine H5: Natively supported formats (e.g.: WebM videos for Google Chrome) In addition to graphics, images and videos, HTML and Adobe Animate CC elements can also be integrated. Yes, it is possible to export an XML file from PRESTIGEenterprise that contains a variety of data on ongoing advertising planning. For example, how often and for how long an article was displayed, the name of the display engine and the start and end date of the playlist. This means that all content actually shown can be recorded and analysed. The result is a meaningful basis for comprehensive data mining and use for effective advertising success monitoring in correlation with sales.

Yes, when an advertising plan is sent to a display with V5 DisplayEngine, it is saved locally. If there are subsequent network problems, the current planning continues to run normally. Changes to the advertising plan are only transferred if there is an active network connection.

WINDOWS 7/8/8.1/10 Professional and Enterprise are required for PrintEngine and DisplayEngine V5.
