Staff TV

Staff TV is an internal video format that reaches staff directly at their workstations via screens, using video and audio rather than mere text messages. Whilst the Digital Board provides factual information and relies on static content, Staff TV thrives on audiovisual presentation: It brings corporate culture to life, fosters a sense of connection and strengthens employees’ emotional bond with the company. In this way, the format combines information with motivation, encourages employees to identify with the company and shapes a consistent, vibrant communication culture across all sites.
