On the PRESTIGE Solution Campus at EuroShop 2020, Online Software AG presents interactive NFC-based product advice for the first time – playfully for customer retention
Weinheim, 13 February 2020 +++ At EuroShop 2020 in Hall 6/A79, Online Software AG demonstrates how you can playfully provide customers with product advice and get them excited about offers.
The ADAM Infopoint makes it possible to playfully pull customers in with accessible figures which produce comprehensive product information using NFC technology. So, for example, the small model cruise ship produces information about the wide range of cruise trips – and even shows, live, where the cruise ship is currently located on the seas of the world.
Customers can access a wide range of information and can view everything on the screen. All controlled using a high-performance, almost maintenance-free new playerbox from WPITCOM. This analyses all NFC events and fetches the information, to be displayed locally, from the PRESTIGEenterprise central standard system. Thanks to the high-performance WPITCOM Display Box player, top quality images and videos even up to UHD can be used for the playlists.
