Offer labelling

The Offer labelling refers to the labelling of products with prices and other sales-promoting information at the point of sale and is a key instrument of POS marketing. In addition to traditional shelf labels, posters, ceiling and gondola head hangers and shelf stoppers, digital solutions have become increasingly important over the past decade.
This includes, for example, smaller screens built into shelves, scales and checkouts, large-format screens from 49 to 70 inches on back walls, touch steles and video walls. Electronic shelf labels (ESLs) in particular will become increasingly relevant over the next few years. Clear and appealing product labelling at the point of sale promotes sales and makes it possible to address and inform end customers directly and immediately. Furthermore, standardised product labelling helps to draw attention to special offers and positively influence purchasing decisions. The accuracy of the information is also of legal relevance.
