Möbel Rieger has optimised the printing of its advertising materials with the PRESTIGEenterprise software platform and a customised in-house printing concept from The ROG Corporation. In its flagship store in Heilbronn, digital media was also integrated into the shopfitting concept. Their connection to PRESTIGEnterprise is planned in order to maximise synergy effects and to be able to use the template system for digital signage solutions as well.

A dedicated decoration team is responsible for the perfect presentation in the furniture stores of every Möbel Rieger branch. This includes the production of price tags, promotional posters, ceiling hangers, flyers and displays for in-house events - always in the characteristic Möbel Rieger design with its striking red colour.

Based on a very heterogeneous landscape of output devices and a large number of isolated software solutions without a central database of existing assets, the challenge for the future was to harmonise these processes and cover all required output media with one software. The concept implemented by partner The ROG Corporation GmbH uses PRESTIGEenterprise as the software for centralised planning and distribution of all printed advertising communication to the branches.

The uniformity of the printed posters is guaranteed by templates within the software - texts and images can be adapted to the requirements of the individual companies, but the structure, fonts and font sizes are always retained. In the course of introducing PRESTIGEenterprise, it was also possible to eliminate the variety of software in the individual Rieger Group companies, which was difficult to administer. The printer hardware was also modernised and standardised as part of the project and switched to OKI for small-format printing and Epson for large-format printing.

The ROG Corporation installed the PRESTIGEenterprise software at the Möbel Rieger site in Göppingen centrally for all networked branches on a Windows Server 2012. At the same time, an elaborate rights management system was introduced, which allows the advertising material templates to be collected and released in one place.
