Online Software presents live TV from the chicken farm at the Boulevard together with the Bundesverband des Deutschen Lebensmittelhandels e. V. (BVLH), bringing a new level of transparency to the food trade
Anuga, the world's largest trade fair for food and beverages, will open its doors for the 100th time from 5 to 9 October 2019. The more than 7,000 exhibitors and around 165,000 visitors from all over the world can expect many new solutions from the food & beverage sector.
At the Boulevard (Stand 042-049), Online Software AG and the Bundesverband des Deutschen Lebensmittelhandels e. V. (BVLH) will be presenting tierwohl.tv, an easy-to-install live TV solution based on the PRESTIGEenterprise software platform. The idea behind it: To present live images of the egg supplier directly on the egg shelf and use this transparency to strengthen the trust of increasingly conscious customers in the retailer. But also to raise awareness of quality, which has its price, and why eggs cost a few cents more when they come from the region or an organic farm.
In addition to the livestream Tierwohl.TV, the online software will also be showcasing a POS solution with the Alexa voice assistant at Anuga 2019 in Cologne. The PRESTIGEenterprise Locator speaks to customers or visitors and points the way to the desired destination. This can be a product, a department or an exhibitor at a trade fair. Customers and visitors can simply ask Alexa what they want by voice and the information is displayed on the screen.
