At EuroShop 2017, Online Software will be presenting the new functions for the Infinity Shopping Shelf (ISS), a digital shelf based on the PRESTIGEenterprise software solution. Dynamic templates enable the use of "shelf fields" of different sizes and the highlighting of important information. They therefore offer maximum flexibility in the design of the shelf surfaces. The modern and customisable surface catches the eye and playfully arouses the interest of customers.
Detailed pages behind the advertised products, which customers can use to request further information about the product, lead to better interaction with the customer. In addition, links allow the integration of further modules, such as payment functions, customer ratings or coupon printing. The integration of web content is also possible, so that information that is already communicated on the company website or in the online shop can also be transferred to the ISS.
The promotional content of the ISS digital shelf is planned, created and distributed centrally via the PRESTIGEenterprise digital signage software. Data from marketing databases and merchandise management systems can be imported automatically via a large number of existing standard interfaces. Above all, the system impresses with well thought-out processes and functions that can do much more than just place a few nice pictures and videos on a screen, making everyday tasks in retail companies much easier.
