Weinheim, Friday, 21 February 2020 +++ At the PRESTIGE Solution Campus of Online Software, NFC-based product advice, voice-based and mobile solutions as well as AI-based data analysis and advertising success monitoring were the most popular technology topics among EuroShop visitors.
"EuroShop is an important platform for us to present innovative solutions based on the latest technologies and to obtain important feedback from retailers," explains Jürgen Berens von Rautenfeld, CEO, Online Software AG. "In terms of customer trust, authenticity and transparency, visitors and the press were particularly interested in the livestream integration of the tierwohl.tv initiative this year. However, customised content, as demonstrated by our NFC-based travel advisor, the light-based Lift & Learn solution and the IoT store with the intelligent ToGo refrigerator were also popular crowd pullers. There was also unabated interest in our app solutions for events."
Under the motto "Transparency at the POS - clear customer communication with PRESTIGEenterprise", Online Software presented digital POS communication on screens, video walls, information terminals, checkouts and scales together with Allgeier Enterprise Services, Caddon, Grossenbacher Systeme, Nexgen smart instore, Oki Europe and Samsung Electronics. Other key topics included modern printing solutions and systems for modern customer communication via apps and voice systems.
