Online Software AG presents Amazon Echo solution and other innovative digital signage solutions for retailers based on the PRESTIGEenterprise software platform at ISE Integrated Systems Europe 2018
Weinheim, 08 January 2018 +++ Online Software will be presenting the latest developments in its digital signage software PRESTIGEenterprise for the POS at the world's largest trade fair for professional AV solutions and electronic system integration, Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), from 6 - 9 February 2018 in Amsterdam.
Among other things, Online Software will be showcasing a solution with Amazon's Alexa voice assistant. Based on the PRESTIGEenterprise software platform and the PRESTIGE Bot KIM, Alexa answers questions independently. With the special KIM Travel skill version, end customers can ask Alexa about the latest travel offers and have the relevant information and offers displayed on the screen. With the KIM Shopping version, the customer can ask Alexa about a product and PRESTIGEenterprise then displays a suitable offer on the screen and shows the way to the product.
But customers can also be offered services from home with a PRESTIGEenterprise-based skill. For example, offers, information and notices about upcoming events from retail companies can be called up using the voice systems. The data maintenance of this information is managed via the PRESTIGEenterprise mobile portal.
Another focus is on the professional template management of PRESTIGEenterprise, which simplifies and automates everyday tasks with many helpful tools - for a professional digital customer approach at the POS and more time on the shop floor.
As a platform-independent software solution, PRESTIGEenterprise offers retailers the opportunity to address all important POS media and to plan, manage and distribute their advertising messages, whether video walls, checkout or scale screens, ESL, large format screens or interactive touchscreen applications.
