POPAI D-A-CH honoured the PRESTIGEenterprise software from Online Software AG as the "Best Digital" solution for the retail sector.
Weinheim, 15 June 2018 +++ At a festive gala in Frankfurt with over 100 invited guests, Online Software AG was awarded the "Best Digital" prize of honour by the POPAI association for its PRESTIGEenterprise software platform. The independent jury of experts awarded the special prize for its outstanding solution with the Alexa voice assistant, which supports the trend towards voice interaction with artificial intelligence (AI) and brings it to the shop floor for customers.
"Online Software AG has embraced the trend of interacting with customers using voice technologies such as Amazon Echo and implemented them digitally in an impressive way in the context of branch marketing and customer communication," explained jury member Dr Gerd Wolfram in his laudatory speech.

The POPAI D-A-CH Awards were presented for the eighth time this year. A jury of 25 experts from the fields of marketing, brand, retail, design and education selected the winners.
