SuperBioMarkt AG is an organic supermarket chain based in Münster with 24 shops in North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony. BioSuperMarkt opted for the PRESTIGEenterprise software platform following extensive restructuring with the aim of digitalising its internal processes.

"By digitalising our processes, we have been able to streamline many processes and automate them to a greater extent," explains Jörg Lambertin, responsible for innovation and digitalisation at SuperBioMarkt. SuperBioMarkt has over 100 screens and a huge number of price tags and posters that need to be supplied with content. PRESTIGEenterprise has made the employees' work much easier.

"We now have fewer processes, which are faster and less labour-intensive thanks to automation. We can react much faster to changes in product data and therefore also communicate reliably with customers," says Lambertin.

"We were also able to reduce agency costs and still have better content on the screens.
