LiveInfo

LiveInfo is a function of the software PRESTIGEenterprise, which makes it possible to call up digital content in real time and display it on screens at the POS. As usual, of course, in the previously defined layout of a template. The retrieval can be triggered by pressing a button, scanning, a sensor or another so-called event. This allows retailers to communicate current promotions, product information and, above all, product recommendations (cross-selling) at the perfect moment. Interactive content on touch displays can also be programmed with this function. The triggered information is retrieved in real time at the moment of triggering from an underlying current database, which can be a merchandise management system or a PIM system, for example. The currently running playlist is then interrupted for the customised additional information and the content is shown on the checkout display, scale display or digital signage screen. Thanks to the flexible control, messages can be customised - for effective and dynamic customer communication.

E-learning

Under E-learning E-learning refers to digital training and further education programmes that are provided via online platforms or special software solutions. In retail, e-learning applications enable efficient and location-independent training of employees, e.g. on new products, sales strategies or the use of checkout systems.

The software system PRESTIGEenterprise supports e-learning solutions by enabling the distribution of training content to digital output media in the market via a connection to digital output devices - also in real time. The training units are planned and managed centrally in the software and either played out on selected end devices at the appropriate time or called up on site as required - for example in the form of video tutorials or interactive modules on internal displays. This means that employees can be trained directly at their workstations during quieter sales times without disrupting operations.
