It is now equipped with a screen on which you can watch chickens at work. The eggs from "ST. LOUIS THE BREAKFAST COMPANY" come from the Lehnerzt poultry farm in the Eifel region. Two live cameras with a view of the barn and the outdoor area show the chickens' everyday life, which is broadcast directly into the restaurant. During their brunch, LOUIS guests can now watch the happy hens scratching for food in the meadow and see that the laying hens are kept in a species-appropriate environment.
